CHOCOLATE ENERGY BALLS
Eating healthy shouldn’t have to mean avoiding foods and flavors we love! These easily portable energy bites are the perfect healthy snack when you are craving something sweet or add them to your morning coffee and you will be full for hours!
I have an incredibly strong sweet tooth that I didn’t actually know I had before a few months ago! Even though I would love to exist solely on cookies and brownies for the rest of my life, as I always say Balance is key.
Looking for healthy alternatives to food we actually want to eat is not that easy as it seems. For me, food has to look good for me to want to eat it. (almost everytime).
I can GUARANTEE you will love these! Chocolaty flavored, filling and so easy to make!
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until it looks all mixed, make a few balls, roll it on coconut and you my dear friend are done! Delicious chocolate energy balls ready in 10 minutes or less.

Chocolate Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1 Cup mixed nuts
- 1 Cup Dates
- 1/2 Cup Cacao powder
- 1/2 Cup Oat flour
- 2 Tbsp milk of choice
- 10 drops of sugar free sweetener of choice (Optional)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 Cup unsweetened coconut
Instructions
- In a food processor, add the nuts and dates. Pulse until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until well mixed. The mixture should be thick and eaily manageable.
- With a spoon take out a bit of the mixture and form a ball with your hands.
- Add coconut to a plate or bowl and roll the balls over it to coat them well.
- Store in an air tight container in the fridge!
