CHOCOLATE DESSERT BOARD

I’ve been a bit obsessed with charcuterie boards lately. Regular charcuterie boards, breakfast boards or like in this case, a dessert board. I love them all. The way all the ingredients start working together to create something so beautiful just amazes me. Also, it makes such a statement piece at a gathering. If you bring or make a charcuterie board for a dinner at home or anywhere, it becomes the center of the night. Everyone sited around a beautiful board filled with so many yummy things. Great, right?

Now, this dessert board is great for yes, you guessed it, dessert. When you have something at home, or want to take a welcome home present, this board is it. This is a dessert board made up of a bunch of different desserts that you can make yourself or simply buy at your favorite bakery or market. I mixed it up. Some of the desserts on the board are made by me and the others I bought at the supermarket and my favorite bakeries. Making this dessert board, with store bought desserts, is quicker and easier and just as delicious.

Before we continue, I’ll link a few of the desserts I made for this board just in case.

PARTS OF THIS GORGEOUS DESSERT BOARD

The idea for this dessert board is to make something that looks absolutely gorgeous, but every single element in it tastes just as good. At the same time, you don’t want to make it too sweet either. Combining flavors is key. In this case, I wanted the board to be extremely chocolate-y. So, the whole board was put together around the chocolate sauce.

As I mentioned before, to make this dessert board, I mixed a couple of desserts I made and a few store bought. The important thing is to get the desserts from places you absolutely love. Remember, the board has to look good but taste better. I bought desserts from different coffee shops, bakeries and a few from the supermarket. It totally depends on your personal preference.
