BAKED CARROT FRIES
This is a recipe that came to be a long time ago when I started looking for healthier alternatives for everyday food!
These carrot “fries” are a result of a few tries!! Perfect mix of sweet and savory and if you bake them enough they turn out crispy and delicious!
You can add these to a salad or as a side dish on its own! I loved making these as a healthy snack with a cheese dip or tomato sauce! A perfectly simple recipe and it doesn’t take much time!
EQUIPMENT
Baking pan: To place the carrots in the oven! You have to place them on a single layer, one next to the other.
Bowl: You can use a small bowl for the spices. It makes it easier mixing the spices before adding them to the carrots! After that, you can use a bigger bowl to mix the spices with the carrots!
Knife: Cut the carrots trying to make them all the same shape!
